Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. However, due to the nature of my services, which require specialized products and reserved time slots, I have implemented the following cancellation policy for neurotoxin (botox), filler, and hair restoration appointments:
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
Cancellation Period: I kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of my services.
Cancellation Fees: Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit.
Late Arrivals: I strive to accommodate all clients in a timely manner. However, please note that arriving late to your appointments may result in a shortened service time to ensure that I can maintain my schedule for other clients. In such cases, the full cost of the scheduled service will still apply.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged, and the $100 deposit will be forfeited.
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will do my best to accommodate such situations with empathy and understanding. However, consistent adherence to my cancellation policy helps me maintain the quality of my services and ensures fairness to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
